"The Mustang" -
Ever After Mustang Rescue presents "The Mustang", screened at 3p.m. Sunday, April 28 at Cinemagic, Route 1, Saco.

The screening is a fundraiser and the rescue's director, Mona Jerome, hopes the movie will raise awareness of the plight of the mustang and how those in prison system may benefit from working with them.

Tickets are $20 and may be purchased through Ever After Mustang Rescue on Facebook, by check (Ever After Mustang Rescue, 463 West St., Biddeford, ME 04005), or cash through rescue volunteers. If purchasing tickets through Paypal or if mailing a check, please confirm number of tickets through messenger. Tickets may be picked up at the door on the day of the event.

Through a years long effort, Ever After is working to build a bigger facility for its resident horses. Funds raised for the screening and donations collected at the door will go to toward that effort.

The screening also coincides with the ASPCA Help A Horse Home program.
