Woman and Horses
A workshop to learn more about these wonderful animals (and ourselves). The horses teach us the skills to improve our personal relationships, raise our self esteem, and reduce stress.

Participants will be assigned a horse and will learn to groom, lead and handle them through basic ground exercises. For anyone who would like to be near horses, ages 15 years to 90. For all levels of experience. Limited to 10 participants.

Ballpark Benefit Concert - The rescue is participating in the Old Orchard Beach Ballpark 2016 Kickoff Event.  There will be four local bands, food trucks, Shipyard beer, fun, and more.  100% of proceeds from raffle ticket sales will be distributed to three non-profit organizations:
 - Ever After Mustang Rescue
 - The Travis Mills Foundation
 - New England Parkinsons Ride
Please join us in support of all these great organizations.

Annual Open House - Demonstrations, fun and games, educational presentations and plenty of horses to meet and pet. Light refreshments and door prizes round out the day. Come and learn about our work and America’s proud and intelligent wild horses. This is a free family event.

Mustangs in Motion  - On the fields at Ever After Mustang Rescue. A presentation of mustangs at all levels of training. A chance to meet, greet and pet a former wild horse and talk to their owners/trainers. Entertaining and informative for all ages. A free family event.


Friday - Sunday, August 19th - 21st

5th Annual Legends of the Mustang Intertribal Pow Wow - On the fields at 463 West St., Biddeford.
Gates open at 10 AM. Grand Entry at 12 PM daily. Bring your family, friends and a lawn chair and join us for this celebration of Native American life! Artists and Crafters representing North, South and Central American tribes. Daily drum circle - guest drums very welcome.  $5 Per Person. Children under 6 free. Seniors $4 per person. 

August 27th

Vintage Baseball Game - Played by the rules of the 1840's and in period uniforms, organized teams will play on the rescue's fields.  Stay tuned for more details.

10th Annual Benefit Horse Show @ Hollis Equestrian Park - A fun filled day for riders at all levels. Observers welcome. Stay tuned for more information.

12th Silent Auction, Variety Show w/ Beverage & Dessert - Doors open at 6 PM to start bidding. Variety show starts at 7 PM. $10 PP. Stay tuned for more info!

Christmas in the Stable - Join us for a non-denominational Christmas service to include some caroling, if you are so inclined. Refreshments to follow. Dress warmly, bring a chair and a flashlight as well as your family and friends.
